5th Grade Remembrance

This is a big year for our children. Listed below are all of the activities that we are planning for this year.  These events will take place throughout the year and more dates and information will be provided prior to each event.  

Thank you for all of your help, it will be a great year for our 5th graders!

We ask that each family contribute towards 5th Grade Remembrance events
$40.00 per child  DUE FRIDAY, OCTOBER 14TH.  

The funds received will support the combined 5th grade events listed below.  Please pay online (scroll down!) 
or 
send in a check made out to Central School PTA  
in envelope marked “5th Grade Remembrance” and 
include your child's name, your child's teacher, and your name.

Holiday Breakfast – Saturday, December 3, 2016

The 5th graders will help serve food and bus tables at the holiday breakfast from 8am – 11am.

This is a big event for the kids. Our goal is to have everyone be involved in some capacity, whether that is performing on stage, helping behind the scenes, or creating the event flier. More details to be provided shortly.

Please note:  Paying the 5th Grade Remembrance Family Contribution online requires a slight convenience fee to offset credit card transaction costs.  Families can also choose to pay by check or with cash.
